Right of exchange / returns

You can exchange the goods within 1 month of receiving the goods you have ordered. The right of exchange includes all items as well as individual items purchased from us.

No additional fee will be charged for exchanging the goods. This means that we bear all exchange costs, but this does not affect the return costs (customer-seller).

Goods can be exchanged if they are free of defects (e.g. no straps or pillows are missing from a push-up bra) and if they are unworn (!). If you pay by PayPal, we will reimburse the amount via PayPal, if you pay by bank transfer or credit card, we need your account details for reimbursement.

If the goods are defective, we will reimburse the return costs. We generally repair the goods upon receipt and have them returned to you at our expense. Should a repair not be possible, e.g. because of a hole in the fabric, we will refund the amount or, if you wish, offset it with a new order.

We only reimburse payments that have actually been made, which means: only the price that you actually paid after deducting all discounts.

How can I exchange the goods?

Please send the underwear back to our studio only,

Returns to the retail store may not be received and cannot be picked up by the post office there.

Please enclose text information with the consignment with the following information: number of the order or name of the person who carried out the order, the reason for the exchange and information about the item for which the sent underwear should be exchanged. An exchange of an article for the same article in a different size is generally not possible (with the exception of single-colored articles). The best thing to do is to order directly and mention in the comment on the order that the order should be offset against a return.

If the value of the returned goods is higher than the value of the new item, please provide the bank details or the e-mail address to which we should post the overpayment back.

We do not charge any fees for exchanging goods. We will pay for the new shipment to you. Please pack the shipment carefully. You can use the mailbox in which we will send you the goods you have ordered.
